Do I need to have my branding already done?
Not necessarily! If you already have a logo and brand guidelines, we’ll use them to keep everything cohesive. If you don’t, we can either work with what you’ve got or help you develop a brand identity first. Whatever makes sense for where you’re at.
Can I book design work without a full branding or web package?
Absolutely! Graphic design is offered as a standalone service, so you can book exactly what you need. Whether that’s one-off items or a whole suite of visuals.
How do you price graphic design projects?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project, things like the number of deliverables, complexity, and timelines. We’ll chat about what you need and send through a custom quote based on your goals.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most small design projects are completed within 1–2 weeks. Larger or more complex work (like a full marketing suite or packaging designs) may take longer. We’ll always give you a clear timeline before we begin.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes one round of revisions to tweak the design and make sure you’re happy. Need more changes? No worries, we can add additional rounds if needed.
Will I get the final files?
Yes! Once the project is wrapped, we’ll send you all the final files you need, usually in formats like PNG, JPG, PDF, and editable files if requested (e.g. Adobe or Canva-ready, depending on the project).
Can you create templates I can edit myself later?
Definitely. If you’d like editable templates (in Canva, Google Slides, etc.), just let us know during the briefing, we’ll design with that in mind so you can easily make updates on your own.
How do we get started?

Can I claim your design services on tax?
Yes, if you’re a business in Australia, you can claim design services as a tax-deductible expense.
